We've recently been featured in the Express&Echo about our new work with
Turntable, a charity which offers furniture to low-income families and people in need of support.
Click the title to find out how we are helping to provide free comptuers.
We contacted turntable after reading about them in the paper - previously i had been in contact with numerous charitable organisations locally about whether they would like some of our old re-furbished computers but no one would take them!
Frequently we get clients who are replacing old machines (which are still perfectly functional), normally these are stored on our site and are used for spare parts, but quite often there are complete machines which are sitting around just taking up space
Pam Rice, Turntable's organiser was very enthusiastic about the comptuers - they already supplied a few electrical goods and had PAT testing gear - she thought that computers would be a great asset for the families that get referred to her.

Get Involved!
If you would like to donate working computer equipment to turntable, please call us on 01392 253770.
- If you are a business, we should be able to arrange to pick the computers up
- If you are an individual you can drop it off at our office in Heavitree, or Turntable may be able to pick it up if it is on one of their dropoff routes.
We will securely erase the contents of all machines donated, and pre-install either a linux based operating system, or microsoft based operating system as part of Microsoft's MAR programme.
